Prize Draws Terms and Conditions 2020

Bundaberg 4WD Club Inc. 2020 Corroboree Raffle

Bundaberg 4WD Club Inc. 2020 Corroboree Raffle (art union) is conducted as per the requirements of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and conducted as a category 2 game.
1. Tickets $5 ea.
2. Ticket purchaser must provide name and contact phone number on all purchased tickets.
3. Tickets available for sale in the shop at www.corroboree2020.org.au, or at the event until 6.00pm 04/10/2020.
4. Tickets purchased online (ticket purchaser copy) will be available for collection at the Mount Perry Showgrounds at the event check in Sunday the 04/10/20 or copy of ticket can be provided via email at request using contact form.
4. The Bundaberg 4WD Club Inc. management committee members and members of their immediate family (person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the committee members) are not eligible to enter.
5. Prizes are as per the list available on the prize Draws Page.

  1. Prizes will be drawn in descending order of RRP $ value (1st prize – x prize)
    7. Prizes will be delivered at the winner’s expense, at a time frame suitable. If the prize is unclaimed the prize will be kept for one year from the day the prize winner was decided.
    8. Draw to be held at the Mount Perry Showgrounds Check In area at 8.00pm.
    9. Ticket must be retained to claim prize.
    10. Winners will be notified by phone with winners published on www.corroboree2020.org.au

Vehicle Lucky Draw Prizes

Bundaberg 4WD Club Inc. Corroboree 2020 Lucky Draw (promotional game) is conducted as per the requirements of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and conducted as a category 4 game.
1. Entry is by completion of the event registration and arrival to the event between Friday the 02/10/2020 Saturday the 03/10/20 at 6.00pm
2. One entry per event registered vehicle in attendance.
3. Prizes are as per the list available on the prize draws 2020 page.
5. Prizes will be drawn in descending order of RRP $ value (1st prize – x prize).
6.The drawers of the prizes are not eligible to enter.
7.Prizes will be drawn at 8.00pm Saturday 03/10/20 at Mount Perry Showgrounds Check In area.
8.Prizes will be delivered at the winner’s expense, at a time frame suitable. If the prize is unclaimed the prize will be kept for three months from the day the prize winner was decided. After three months it will be redrawn.
9.Winners will be notified by Phone and published on www.corroboree2020.org.au and the Facebook page on 12/10/2020
