Images & Video Policy
The Bundaberg 4WD Club Inc. uses photographs and video to record and promote the activities of the 2020 Corroboree event. These images may appear from time to time on our website, social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram and Google +.
Images and videos are intended to be kept for a long period of time to document the event’s history. They form a vital record of what the club has done.
Images and videos submitted and stored should always be in good taste.
Registration numbers of vehicles shall be removed from vehicle images for use on the website and social media pages.
Images or video of children must only be used with the express permission of the parents of those children. We encourage all photographers to verbally confirm use of any images taken with children in them.
Should any member of the club feel uncomfortable about the use of a particular photograph they may request that photograph is removed through their Club Secretary.
